Martha "Patsy" Randolph (née Jefferson; September 27, 1772 – October 10, 1836) was the eldest daughter of Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States, and his wife, Martha Wayles Skelton Jefferson.

Martha Jefferson Randolph was the eldest child of Thomas Jefferson and Martha Wayles Skelton Jefferson. She married her third cousin, Thomas Mann Randolph, at Monticello in 1790 and became his plantation mistress and first lady. She supported her father's career, ran his household, and had 11 children with him. She died in 1836 and was buried at Monticello.
Martha Skelton Jefferson (née Wayles; October 30, 1748 – September 6, 1782) was the wife of Thomas Jefferson from 1772 until her death. She served as First Lady of Virginia during Jefferson's term as governor from 1779 to 1781. She died in 1782, 19 years before he became president.
