  3. The group continued for a short time as a quartet before Jessie Robert Peck (born in Queens, New York, December 17, 1968) was recruited as the group's new bass vocalist in February 2009. In 2009, Bonhart left the Spinners and was replaced by vocalist Marvin Taylor.

  4. Now consisting of Fambrough along with Ronnie “Raheem” Moss, Jessie Peck, Marvin Taylor and C. J. Jefferson, the group has teamed with legendary songwriter and producer Preston Glass – who in the past decade has also worked on comeback albums for The Stylistics, Chubby Tavares and Freda Payne – for Round the Block.

Marvin Taylor, the co-lead singer with The Spinners, born and raised in Flint, Michigan, as a young kid, was always signing and had a personality and mind for greater things. He joined his first singing group, Soul On Ice, at the age of 10. He looked to legendary Midwestern R&B groups for inspiration.
