Mason Douglas Williams (* 24. August 1938 in Abilene, Texas) ist ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist und Komponist. Erst während seines Musikstudiums an der Universität von Oklahoma City lernte Mason Williams nebenher Gitarre.
