12. Apr. 2024 · Toen in Deinze was hij er al niet meer bij en op weg met nieuwe groep Opal (en nog later Mazzy Star), maar hij bleef wel meeschrijven aan Rain Parade-nummers. Hij overleed nog niet zo lang geleden op eenenzestigjarige leeftijd. De andere zanger-gitarist van Rain Parade, Matt Piucci, zou later ook nog Crazy Horse vervoegen.
