Michael Parks (1940-2017) was an actor's actor with a range of roles in films and TV shows. He starred in dual roles in Tusk, Texas Ranger Earl McGraw in Kill Bill and From Dusk Till Dawn, and sang the theme song for Then Came Bronson.
