Mile Budak ( Sveti Rok, 30. kolovoza 1889. – Zagreb 7. lipnja 1945. ), [1] bio je hrvatski političar, odvjetnik, jedan od ideologa ustaškoga pokreta, [2] ministar u vladi NDH, prozaik, romanopisac i novelist. Poslije pada režima NDH 1945. u novoosnovanoj Jugoslaviji na vojnom sudu bio je osuđen na smrt vješanjem i pogubljen.

Budak, Mile, hrvatski književnik i političar ( Sveti Rok kraj Gračaca, 30. VIII. 1889 – Zagreb, 7. VI. 1945 ). Studij prava započeo 1910. u Zagrebu, a završio ga doktoratom 1920. Pripadnik je pravaške omladine i skupine oko lista Mlada Hrvatska.
