The Sweet Inspirations are an American R&B girl group mostly known for their work as backup singers on studio recordings for other R&B and rock artists. A founding member of the group was Dionne Warwick, who was later replaced by her aunt, Cissy Houston . History.

Moody Blue is the twenty-fourth and final studio album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley, released in June 1977 by RCA Records, about two months before his death. The album was a mixture of live and studio work and included the four tracks from Presley's final studio recording sessions in October 1976 and two tracks left over from the previous Graceland session in February 1976.

Led by Cissy Houston, the Sweet Inspirations were highly-in-demand female back-up singers featured on some of the most important pop and soul recordings of the 1960s and '70s.

Elvis’ final album was put together from the four tracks recorded in October, his next-to-last single, one track already released on the 1974 Live In Memphisalbum, and three more songs that Felton Jarvis had gotten Elvis to introduce into his live repertoire, which he then recorded at various points on Elvis’ last two tours.
The cover is a nicely done homage to the original 'Moody Blue' design (in fact, it's better), with a shot from the February 1977 tour on the front.
