It is the policy of School District #61 and Mount Douglas that one student does not “take it all”; however, many students do win more than one scholarship as they are eligible for more than one type of award. In-school awards do not necessarily require an application; Applications are available in early May. See Ms.Bailey for an application.
Mount Douglas High School was located on Cedar Hill Road where Cedar Hill Middle School is located today. Mr. Bert Bailey was the principal. November 18 – Official opening ceremony. 1939.
