This run culminated in 2005's Nancy Sinatra, an album that featured a wide range of alt-rock luminaries like Jarvis Cocker, Morrissey, and half of U2. Her focus then shifted to the management of her father's estate and reissuing her own music with the guidance of Light in the Attic, most notably the 2021 collection Start Walkin' 1965 –1976, which brought her music to a new generation of fans.

Movin' With Nancy was sponsored by RC Cola. 1970s and 1980s Sinatra after her makeover, in 1971. Sinatra remained with Reprise until 1970. In 1971, she signed with RCA Records, resulting in three albums: Nancy & Lee – Again (1971), Woman (1972) and a compilation of some of her Reprise recordings called This Is Nancy Sinatra (1973).
Movin' with Nancy Nice n' Easy is the 1973 unfinished filmed version of Nancy Sinatra's Las Vegas act which guest-starred the Muppets. Filmed at NBC Burbank Studios, this 50 minute special never completed filming, and never aired. In 2005, Sinatra expressed interest in releasing the existing footage on DVD.
