There seems to be a bug though whereby it will only keep the setting if you add the job while on the audio tab, otherwise it will magically uncheck itself and render audio normally. MBP2021 M1 Max 64GB, macOS 14.4, Resolve Studio 18.6.6 build 7.

Audio track should be set to the number of stereo pairs, audio channels should be set to 2. Render one track per channel checkbox: This checkbox lets you specify whether you want to export each channel as an individual track in the structure of the exported file. Multi-channel formats can be specified (2.0, 5.1, etc.), or can be output as flat multi-mono files.
