1. Okt. 2021 · The new law requires food retailers to list all ingredients and allergens on the packaging of pre-packaged food, including sandwiches, cakes and salads. It is named after 15-year-old Natasha Ednan-Laperpouse, who died from an allergic reaction to sesame in 2016.
