Northwestern Military Academy (founded 1888) was a high school in Linn, Wisconsin which was founded by Harlan Page Davidson. Originally located in Highland Park, Illinois , the school was relocated to the town of Linn, Wisconsin on the south shore of Geneva Lake near the city of Lake Geneva in 1915 and was renamed Northwestern Military and Naval Academy (NMNA) before merging with SJNMA .

20. Sept. 2009 · Educational reformer Harlan Page Davidson founded Northwestern Military Academy in Highland Park, Illinois in 1888. For years many of the cadets came from northern Illinois, but enrollment broadened when the academy moved to the shores of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, in 1915.
5. Nov. 2020 · Pieces of concrete and brick of Davidson Hall, the former school building of the Northwestern Military and Naval Academy, which was demolished in 2000 to make room for the South Shore Club development in the Town of Linn.
Originally named the Northwestern Military Academy, the school was able to incorporate naval exercises because of its proximity to Geneva Lake after moving to the town of Linn.
