Completely average, and Billy Joe even delivers some decent tunes but this record makes me want to throw up. Old Five and Dimers Like Me gives the impression that Shaver has not only hardly ever heard any country music, but that he's seen a few westerns too. Still, like I said, it works a bit and when it does it's alright.
