12. Apr. 2018 · Olive Simpson (Soprano) The Irish soprano, Olive Simpson, grew up in Donegal in a musical family. She, her sister and brother strummed their guitars and belted out the latest hits, while her mother Nancy, a wonderful teacher and accompanist, took care of the classical side of her singing.
Chameleon was a vocal group founded in 1989 by Ivor Novello Award-winning composer Nigel Hess, and featuring former Swingle Singers member Olive Simpson (soprano), Lindsay John (alto), Jeremy Taylor (tenor), Michael Dore (baritone) and David Beavan (bass).
