There are three main types of placeholders: Dimension Placeholders. Dimension placeholders show information about the currently sliced dimension members in a selected view on the workboard.

Adding and Removing Users in a Role. To view the users assigned to a role, add more users or groups, and remove users or groups from the role, double-click on the role name in the Roles Pane.
