Paola Severino (* 22. Oktober 1948 in Neapel) ist eine italienische Juristin, Hochschullehrerin und Rechtsanwältin. Sie war italienische Justizministerin im Kabinett Monti, das von November 2011 bis April 2013 amtierte und nur aus parteilosen Fachleuten bestand.
Paola Severino (born 22 October 1948) is an Italian lawyer, academic and politician. She served as Minister of Justice in the Monti cabinet from November 2011 to April 2013, being the first woman appointed Minister of Justice in Italian history.

Jan. 2022 · Paola Severino è una giurista napoletana che ha ricoperto il ruolo di ministra della Giustizia nel governo Monti e ha fondato la Legge Severino, che regola l'incandidabilità e il divieto di cariche elettive. Attualmente è vicepresidente della Luiss e candidata al Quirinale insieme a Elisabetta Belloni e Marta Cartabia, ma non accettata da Forza Italia per la sua legge.
