Paul Joseph Jean Poupard (lahir 30 Agustus 1930) adalah seorang Kardinal Gereja Katolik Roma Prancis yang menjadi Presiden Dewan Kepausan bagi Budaya dan juga Dewan Kepausan bagi Dialog Antaragama. Ia diangkat menjadi Kardinal pada 1985.
Paul Poupard, Sohn eines Landwirts, studierte an den Universitäten Angers und Paris (Sorbonne); er promovierte in den Fächern Katholische Theologie und Kirchengeschichte. Am 18. Dezember 1954 empfing er durch Stanislas Courbe das Sakrament der Priesterweihe.
