Ralph Pierre "Pete" LaCock Jr. (born January 17, 1952) is an American former Major League Baseball first baseman/outfielder. He batted and threw left-handed. In 1975, LaCock hit the only grand slam of his career in the final appearance of St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Bob Gibson.

On September 3, 1975 — In the final game of his Hall of Fame career, Cardinals’ great Bob Gibson gives up a grand slam to Pete LaCock, the son of Hollywood Squares host Peter Marshall. LaCock took Gibson to a 3-and-2 count and then golfed a low fastball high over the right-field wall.
Pete LaCock was a versatile player who played for the Chicago Cubs, Royals and Red Sox in the MLB. He was a pinch hitter, designated hitter, outfielder and first baseman with a career batting average of .257 and a career on-base percentage of .326. He also had 214 home runs and 86 RBIs in 9 seasons.
