Der englische Sänger und Komponist Peter Skeller begann seine Karriere als Leiter des heimatlichen Kirchenchors. Nach seiner Ausbildung an der Guildhall School of Music komponierte er einige Zeit lang für die BBC und arbeitete außerdem mit Andrew Lloyd Webber zusammen.
