Philippe Séguin [s e. g ɛ̃] [1], né le 21 avril 1943 à Tunis et mort le 7 janvier 2010 à Paris, est un haut fonctionnaire et homme politique français. Gaulliste social , il est notamment maire d’Épinal de 1983 à 1997 et ministre des Affaires sociales et de l'Emploi durant la première cohabitation (1986-1988).
Philippe Séguin (21 April 1943 – 7 January 2010) was a French political figure who was President of the National Assembly from 1993 to 1997 and President of the Cour des Comptes of France from 2004 to 2010.
