Precious Moloi-Motsepe (born 2 August 1962) is a South African philanthropist and fashion entrepreneur. One of the richest women in South Africa, she started her career as a medical practitioner, specializing in children and women's health.

Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe is a philanthropist and businesswoman who co-founded the Motsepe Foundation with her husband Dr Patrice Motsepe. The Foundation aims to eradicate poverty and improve the living conditions of poor people in South Africa, Africa and the world. She also founded African Fashion International (AFI), a global enterprise that champions African creatives and supports their entry into global markets.
Dr Moloi-Motsepe is a former doctor, a businesswoman and a founder of the Motsepe Foundation. She is also the first African woman to join The Giving Pledge and the Chancellor of the University of Cape Town.
