Robert Gregory Bourdon (born January 20, 1979) is an American musician, best known as the drummer and co-founding member of the rock band Linkin Park.
Ehemaliges Hybrid-Theory-Logo vor der Umbenennung in Linkin Park. 1996 gründeten Shinoda und Delson mit dem Schlagzeuger Rob Bourdon, ihrem Schulkameraden, in Los Angeles die Band Xero. Später stieß der DJ Joe Hahn – ein Kommilitone des Kunststudenten Shinoda – zur Band.

The youngest member of Linkin Park, Rob was introduced to his mother's friend and Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer after a show and from there became inspired to learn the drums. Starting out around the age of nine, Bourdon joined his first band, a quartet called No Clue, in grade six.
