Ronald Eugene Reynolds (born September 18, 1973) is an American lawyer and politician who is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives representing state District 27. He was first elected in 2010. Reynolds is the first African American elected as State Representative in Fort Bend County in Reconstruction.
