Ronnie Spector (* 10. August 1943 als Veronica Yvette Bennett in New York City; † 12. Januar 2022 in Danbury, Connecticut) war eine US-amerikanische Sängerin. Sie wurde als Leadsängerin der Girlgroup The Ronettes bekannt und war auch als Solosängerin sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Musikern erfolgreich.
Veronica Yvette "Ronnie" Greenfield (previously Spector, née Bennett; August 10, 1943 – January 12, 2022) was an American singer who co-founded and fronted the girl group the Ronettes. She is sometimes referred to as the original "bad girl of rock and roll ".
Bald wurden Plattenproduzenten auf sie aufmerksam, und 1961 veröffentlichten sie ihre erste Single. Kurz darauf benannten sie sich um in The Ronettes, abgeleitet von Ronnie Bennett. 1963 kam es zur Zusammenarbeit mit dem bekannten Produzenten Phil Spector.
