Mai 2012 · Ringo at his recent Liverpool Empire gig name checked Rory Storm and the Hurricanes before he launched into “Boys” a song he sung with both the Hurricanes and the Beatles he even sang about Rory in his Liverpool Capital of Culture song “Liverpool 8”. Ringo clearly remains very proud of his time with the Hurricanes and rightly so.
