Ross Haslam (born 2 October 1997) is a professional competitive British diver, representing Great Britain at numerous international events. He is the 2023 European Games gold medalist and 2023 European Diving champion on the 1 metre springboard, and silver medalist in the mixed synchronised 3 metre springboard at the same event.

In Australia, he competed in the 1m and 3m springboard and the 3m synchro alongside his brother Jack Haslam in the Optus Aquatic Centre. The 3m specialist from Sheffield is coached by Tom Owens.
