Saïd Aouita (Arabic: سعيد عويطة; born November 2, 1959) is a former Moroccan track and field athlete. He is the only athlete in history to have won a medal in each of the 800 meters and 5000 meters at the Olympic games.

Said Aouita, former track Olympic and world champion, has been named Morocco's sportsman of the century. A survey of editors in state-run television, radio, newspapers and magazines gave Aouita 284 points to put him top ahead of his middle-distance successor, Hicham El Guerrouj, who came second with 188.

Saïd Aouita was one of the most versatile middle and long distance runners, covering all distances between 800 and 10,000 metres. He achieved his greatest international success in the 5,000 metres, winning that event at the 1984 Olympics and the 1987 World Championships in Rome.
