Scott Walker (1968) Scott Walker (born Noel Scott Engel; January 9, 1943 – March 22, 2019) was an American -born British singer and record producer. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio. He became famous as the lead singer of the pop group The Walker Brothers in the 1960s. After The Walkers Brothers, broke up Walker released albums on his own.
