Clasina Maria (Sien) Hoornik (* 22. Februar 1850 in Den Haag; † 22. November 1904 in Rotterdam) war eine niederländische Näherin und Prostituierte, die als Modell für Vincent van Gogh arbeitete und zeitweise seine Lebensgefährtin war. Stationen ihres Lebens sind in zahlreichen Zeichnungen und durch Briefe van Goghs festgehalten.
Commonly called Sien Hoornik, Clasina Maria Hoornik (1850–1904) lived with van Gogh during much of his time in The Hague from 1881 to 1883. Van Gogh used Sien, a pregnant prostitute, as a model for his work and later took Sien and her daughter into his home.
