Sjur Miljeteig (født 4. januar 1974) er en norsk musiker . Han er utdannet ved Foss videregående skole. Med Markus Midré ga han ut Fra mirakelarkivet (1997). I duoen Friko har han og Peder Kjellsby gitt ut Burglar ballads (2003) og Journey to Mandoola (2006), fremført på henholdsvis Oslo Jazzfestival 2004 og 2006.
