The B-side of "Snatching It Back" was a remake of a remake of James Carr 's "The Dark End of the Street", entitled "Making Love (At the Dark End of the Street". Carter's biggest hit came in 1970 with his version of "Patches", first recorded by Chairmen of the Board, which was a UK number 2 hit [8] and a US number 4.
