Something Nice is an album by jazz vocalist Etta Jones which was recorded in late 1960 and early 1961 and released on the Prestige label. [1] Reception. Something Nice Review by Scott Yanow. This CD reissue features singer Etta Jones during two recording sessions in 1960-1961. Jones is joined by two separate rhythm sections, and there is a guest appearance for tenor saxophonist Oliver Nelson (on "Easy Living"), two by vibraphonist Lem Winchester, and three from guitarist Wally Richardson.

Etta on this reissue sings emotional. Easy Living with Oliver Nelson is experience. Sound is excellent. Etta sings really loud, but here without distortion. Nelson´s sax is warm, cymbals real. Buy anywhere.
