  5. Helen had perfect standards interpretation. Some songs like Solitude in gospel feeling. She was great with small combo or big band. This reissue is probably from late 70´s. Sound is amazing, crystal clear and natural. Highly recommended.

The Marty Paich Orchestra is almost as good a back up as the Count Basie Orchestra was with Helen Humes. However, i wanted to talk about this CD pressing and the recording.
