Sven Arne Domnérus, genannt Dompan (* 20. Dezember 1924 in Södermalm im Solna -Bezirk, Stockholm; † 2. September 2008 in Stockholm), war ein schwedischer Jazz - Altsaxophonist und Klarinettist sowie Komponist des Swing. Er galt als einer der bedeutendsten schwedischen Musiker des Nachkriegsjazz.

Sven Arne Domnérus (20 December 1924 – 2 September 2008) was a Swedish jazz saxophonist and clarinetist. Career. He began to play the clarinet at the age of 11 but had taken up the saxophone by the time he left school and then turned professional.

4. Jan. 2009 · Sven Arne Domnerus was a Swedish jazz alto saxophonist and clarinetist, popularly nicknamed Dompan. He was best known for his recordings with visiting American players such as jazz artists such as James Moody, Art Farmer and Clifford Brown. Domnerus also played with Charlie Parker when he made his tour in Sweden 1950.
