Stella Kyriakides ( Greek: Στέλλα Κυριακίδου, Stella Kyriakidou; born 10 March 1956) is a Cypriot psychologist and politician of the conservative Democratic Rally party who has been serving as European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety since 2019.

She was the vice-president of the PACE and the chair of the committee on human rights and equal opportunities. She is also a passionate advocate of cancer patient rights and a founding member of the breast cancer advocacy organisation Europa Donna Cyprus.

Stella Kyriakides (Cyprus, EPP/CD) has been elected President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe following the resignation of Pedro Agramunt (Spain, EPP/CD) on 6 October 2017. She obtained a large majority over the other candidate, Emanuelis Zingeris (Lithuania, EPP/CD), in the third round of voting.
