Hadjopoulos was born in Flushing, New York to a musical family. Her brother Chris Hadjopoulos is a drummer, and her brother Steve, who died in 1991, played flute, keyboards, and saxophone with the group Firefall from 1983 to 1988.
Different musicians and singers joined into the touring band over the decade of the 80’s – including STEVE HADJOUPOLOS on woodwinds and keyboards (who tragically died of cancer in 1986) and BOB GAFFNEY on bass and vocals and briefly, EDDIE GLEASON on bass and vocals.
