18. Nov. 2022 · Born on November 27, 1924, the late Steven Beard was an American businessman and local TV figure from Dallas, Texas. Steven was a co-founder of the Austin -based TV station KBVO, which was later changed to KEYE. On February 18, 1995, he married his second wife, Celeste Johnson.
