Das Konzept für das Schallplattencover stammt von Designer Dennis Leigh (der bürgerlichen Identität von John Foxx). Es erinnert an das 1976 erschienene Cover für das ebenfalls mit dem Bandnamen betitelte Debütalbum der amerikanischen Punkband Ramones. Die Ramones hatten sich im März 1974 etwa gleichzeitig wie Ultravox! gegründet.
