Stranger in Town is the tenth studio album by American rock singer Bob Seger and his second with the Silver Bullet Band, released by Capitol Records in May 1978. As with its predecessor, the Silver Bullet Band backed Seger on about half of the songs and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section backed Seger on the other half.

2. Okt. 2013 · Bob Seger released his tenth overall album, Stranger In Town, in 1978. It follows the major commercial breakthrough of Night Moves, and expands the practice of using two groups of backing musicians.
Eagles. 1974 wurde Felder zu Aufnahmen der Eagles eingeladen, um eine weitere Gitarre für das Stück Good Day in Hell einzuspielen. Am nächsten Tag wurde ihm vorgeschlagen, der Band beizutreten. Ein Jahr später kam Joe Walsh als Nachfolger von Bernie Leadon, der die Eagles verlassen hatte.
