  6. Kingfish Sundown on the Forest (Phoenix Rising) First Appeared in The Music Box, July 1999, Volume 6, #7. Written by John Metzger. Kingfish first made a name for itself in 1976 with its self-titled debut album, which featured two compositions by Bob Weir that are familiar to Deadheads: Lazy Lightning and Supplication.
