How to Find Us. Tara Anglican School for Girls is located on twelve hectares of beautiful grounds and gardens backing onto parkland at the end of Masons Drive (off Pennant Hills Road) in North Parramatta, 25 kilometres from the City of Sydney and five minutes from the vibrant central business district of Parramatta.
As a non-selective school fostering a rigorous learning culture for girls, we take pride in our expertise as specialists in girls' education. 28% of our students achieved an ATAR over 95. 57% attained an ATAR over 90. 78% an ATAR over 80. Congratulations to the Year 12 Class of 2023.
Our Junior School, Senior School and Eggleton House Boarding (Years 5–12) facilities are on one campus, encouraging interaction across the School. Boarders are at the heart of the School and contribute fully to its daily life; to study, perform, create and explore.
At Tara Anglican School for Girls, we pride ourselves on providing a world class education that prepares our students for future success, global citizenship, and lifelong learning. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, we offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in Junior School and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Senior School for Years 7-10.
For entry Year 7 to Year 10 – AEAS level of 70%. For entry Year 11 – AEAS level of 75%. Successful applications require a recent (within 6 months) AEAS to be submitted at the time of application. These include students on international or temporary visa subclasses as well as those who have been studying in Australia for less than two years.
