One of the worst Batman stories I've ever read. It picked up a bit with the Scarecrow issues though. Can't remember much beyond that. The weakest of the books starring Batman at the time, for sure. Vote. From David Finch, and Greg Hurwitz. Just stumbled on some nice french editions of this run, but I haven't read it, or even heard much about it.
