- About Us
The Royal Masonic School for Girls (RMS) is a private school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, with day and boarding pupils. The school was instituted in 1788, with the aim of caring for the daughters of poor Freemasons. In 1978, the school opened to girls beyond the daughters of freemasons.

Our aim is to support students with additional needs to access the mainstream curriculum, reach their academic potential, and thrive at our school. What types of need can be supported at RMS? At RMS, we support our pupils across the four broad areas of need:
School fees are payable in advance, on or before the first day of term for all pupils. Please see individual tabs below for adhoc and Breakfast and Late Club session charges. We offer a range of scholarships in Year 7 and Year 12, successful candidates can also apply for means-tested bursaries.
