  1. 8. Okt. 2008 · Lonnie Mack is really an overlooked gem of talent. I was only familiar with "Wham" and "Memphis" & to be honest I was surprised to hear him singing on this - but what a voice! More than a little gospel influenced, Lonnie managed to create a smoky mix of the different genres of the early 60's. I'm glad I discovered him along with Dick Dale and Link Wray. I'm more than delighted!
