Thomas Jefferson High School was a high school in the East New York section of Brooklyn, New York. It was the alma mater of many people who grew up in the Great Depression and World War II and rose to prominence in the arts, literature, and other fields.

This low-performing school is being closed down. The Thomas Jefferson High Educational Campus houses four small schools that share sports teams, a garden, a health center, a library and cafeteria.
Over the years, the large school was instrumental in the education of many notable people, but by the 1990s the neighborhood and school had fallen into decline.
