The group formed after Ted Myers of garage rock band the Lost got together with some other musicians to complete the lineup (including well known actor Chevy Chase, who was the drummer).

The band included Chevy Chase on drums and piano, Ted Myers on vocals and guitar, and Kyle Garrahan on. vocals, guitar, bass, drum and piano.
