Twyford CofE High School is part of Twyford Church of England Academies Trust and our curriculum has been designed to support students of all abilities to be ambitious in their progression through school and on to future pathways.
Twyford Church of England Academy has an admission number of 190 students for entry into Year 7. The school will accordingly admit at least 190 students in the relevant age group each year if sufficient applications are received. All applicants will be admitted if 190 or fewer apply.
Twyford C of E High School is a co-educational Church of England Academy school located in Acton, west London. It consists of just under 1500 pupils aged 11–18 (with over 500 students in the Sixth Form) and has specialisms in music, science and languages.
Twyford Church of England High School was set up by the London Diocesan Board for schools in 1981 and is one of a family of 13 LDBS secondary schools within the city. The school opened as the result of a concerted campaign by local parents and has grown stronger and stronger over its 30 year life.

The Trust is governed by a Board of Directors which is made up of Church of England representatives, the chairs of school governing bodies and the Executive Head Teacher. The Directors appoint people who are locally based to serve on the Local Governing Body for each School in the Trust.
