Nach einem längeren Rechtsstreit formierte Bev Bevan 1990/1991 ohne Jeff Lynne das Electric Light Orchestra Part II (gleichnamiges Album im Jahre 1991), kurz ELO Part II, mit bescheidenem Erfolg.
