14. Sept. 2023 · Willin is a song written by Lowell George, the founder and leader of the American rock band Little Feat. It was first recorded by the band in 1970 for their self-titled debut album, but was rejected by the record label for being too controversial. The song was later re-recorded by the band in 1972 for their second album, Sailin’ Shoes, and became one of their most popular and enduring songs.
13. Juni 2020 · Hey friends – here’s a new lesson where I teach you how to play Willin’ by Little Feat (1972). Half of this song is a rather straightforward key-of-G acoustic classic rock, while the intro & verse utilize chord shapes similar to what you heard in Blackbird to create a distinctive “open” sound. Learning these together can be tricky at times, but rewarding!

I'm sharing this for others that may have issues with it that. I tried over and over to get this from what I saw but his instructions were perfect. So fun to play.
