Jon Joseph Waronker (born May 20, 1969) is an American drummer and music producer. He has performed with acts including Beck, R.E.M. and Roger Waters, and is a member of the experimental rock bands Atoms for Peace and Ultraísta .
Left-handed Waronker first became known in the late 1990s for his work with Beck (on Odelay, Mutations, Midnite Vultures, Sea Change, Guero and Modern Guilt). Joseph “Joey” Waronker (born 20 May 1969) is a drummer from Los Angeles, California who has worked extensively with Beck, Elliot Smith, R.E.M, as well as with a host of other artists including Paul McCartney and Thurston Moore. He has also scored several films, particularly those of Miguel Arteta.
